Infocore has certified its adherence to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Principles and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Principles. Infocore follows the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Principles on all of its data transfers from the European Union (EU) to the United States (US) and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Principles on all of its data transfers from Switzerland to the US. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Infocore will not disclose to third parties personal data obtained according to the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles and/or the US-Swiss Privacy Shield Principles. Infocore sources marketing information on behalf of its clients. Infocore acts on the instructions of its clients and does not control or share such data without direction from the client.

For all data transactions in the EU and/or Switzerland, Infocore enters into agreements with its clients and/or sources in the EU and/or Switzerland, specifying that the client and/or source recognizes that it is a data controller for the purpose of the Privacy Shield Principles, and is in compliance with the Principles. Infocore has reasonable security measures in place to help protect personal data from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. In cases of onward transfer to third parties, Infocore is generally liable for the acts of the third party that are in violation of the Privacy Shield Principles.

INDIVIDUAL'S ACCESS to PERSONAL DATA
Individuals have the right to access personal data we hold about them. Upon request, we provide site visitors with access to communications that the visitor has directed to our site (e.g., emails, customer inquiries) and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. Consumers can request this information by sending us an email, contacting us at the above phone number or writing to us at the above address.

LIMITING USE and DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by calling us at the number provided above, emailing us at the above address or writing us at the above address.

LAWFUL DISCLOSURE
Infocore may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests or to meet national security requirements or law enforcement requirements.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Infocore commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. European Union and/or Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact Infocore by sending us an email, calling us at the above phone number, or writing to us at the above address.

Infocore has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to the DMA Privacy Shield Program, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not resolved your complaint, please contact the DMA Privacy Shield Program or visit the website for more information or to file a complaint. The services of the DMA Privacy Shield Dispute Resolution Program are provided at no cost to you, and the DMA will work with Infocore to resolve your concerns.
