Infocore has certified its adherence to the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles and US-Swiss Safe Harbor Principles. Infocore follows the Privacy Shield Principles on all of its data transfers from the European Union (EU) to the United States (US) and the US-Swiss Safe Harbor Principles on all of its data transfers from Switzerland to the US. Infocore will not disclose to third parties personal data obtained according to the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles. Infocore sources marketing information on behalf of its clients. Infocore acts on the instructions of its clients and does not control or share such data without direction from the client. For all data transactions in the EU, Infocore enters into agreements with its clients and/or sources in the EU specifying that the EU client and/or source recognizes that it is a data controller for the purpose of the Privacy Shield Principles and is in compliance with the Principles. Infocore has reasonable security measures in place to help protect personal data from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
INDIVIDUAL’S ACCESS to PERSONAL DATA
Individuals have the right to access personal data we hold about them. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to communications that the visitor has directed to our site (e.g., emails, customer inquiries) and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them.
