We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our VP, Business Strategy and Development in our Boca Raton, Florida office. The right candidate will have experience supporting a busy executive who is frequently traveling. Responsibilities will include;

  • Managing and maintaining schedules, including travel, events and conferences
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, managing changes, sending reminders, and organizing catering or reservations when necessary
  • Overseeing administrative policies within the office
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  • Collecting and analyzing information, preparing reports and presentations
  • Coordinating finances, preparing expense reports, assisting with budget preparation
  • Interacting with customers and prospects when appropriate and solving problems under the direction of the executive
  • Liaising with other executives and employees in all the company’s locations to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of VP Business Strategy and Development

Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products, knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator strongly preferred. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator with a blend of analytical and creative skills, diplomatic, a good communicator, flexible and detail oriented.
