Position Summary:  Assists our fast-growing direct marketing and global data sourcing agency by focusing and supporting Infocore’s clients and their agency partners with direct marketing campaign execution, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing data, direct marketing, campaign analytics, marketing analysis or list brokerage.

On a day-to-day basis, this position will be responsible for:

  • Provide direct support to account executives
  • Order Entry, Order Management
  • Coordinating complex campaigns and related projects involving multiple data partners in tight timeframes
  • Coordinating email campaign deployments with multiple vendors
  • Coordinating postal campaign projects
  • Tracking and logging campaign results and generating cogent performance reports for Clients
  • Working closely and collaboratively with the Outside Sales team, global clients and partners
  • Presenting new ideas and approaches to clients in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Driving revenue from new and existing clients
  • Prepares activities reports for guidance of management.
  • Coordinates activities of various clerical departments or workers within department.
  • Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors.

Education/Experience:

Experience with direct marketing and direct marketing campaign mechanics and management.

Language Ability:

Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.

Mathematical Ability:

Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
