Infocore does not directly collect personal information from consumers for its own purposes. Instead, we receive, process, and use data owned by businesses on behalf of those businesses. These businesses disclose consumer personal information to Infocore for a business purpose under written contracts. The written contracts prohibit Infocore from retaining, using, or disclosing consumer personal information for any purpose other than for the specific purpose of performing the services specified in the contract for the business. The contracts do not provide Infocore with the right to disclose or delete any personal information of any consumer. Indeed, Infocore may lack critical information necessary to verify that a request to know or a request to delete is from a consumer. For the purposes of this Policy, “consumers” refer to individuals whose personal information we process on behalf of our business clients.
Infocore does not sell personal information about consumers. Furthermore, no personal information, including individuals’ addresses, telephone numbers, or personal identifying information, is posted, displayed, solicited, sold, or traded on the internet by Infocore.
Please note that Infocore cannot respond to requests from third parties or bots because Infocore cannot verify that the consumer is the one making the consumer request.
In addition to the personal information disclosed to us by our business clients, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, and any other personal information you choose to share when you reach out to us for support. We may also collect certain information from visitors to our website through the use of cookies and similar technologies.

Regulatory Compliance
Infocore is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Infocore’s compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF). This compliance ensures that our data protection practices meet the regulatory standards and that we uphold the privacy rights of individuals.
Lawful Disclosures
Infocore may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. We are committed to ensuring that such disclosures are made in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Onward Transfer Liability
Infocore remains liable for the protection of personal information in cases of onward transfers to third parties. We ensure that any third party receiving personal information from us adheres to the same level of data protection standards. In the event of a breach or misuse of personal data by a third party, Infocore will act appropriately to address and remediate the situation.

Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Compliance
Infocore complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Infocore has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. DPF Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF. Infocore has also certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF.
If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. To learn more about the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) program, and to view our certification, please visit Data Privacy Framework.

Binding Arbitration
Under certain conditions, individuals may invoke binding arbitration for residual claims not resolved by other redress mechanisms. Infocore is obligated to arbitrate claims and follow the terms set forth in Annex I of the DPF Principles, provided that an individual has invoked binding arbitration by delivering notice to Infocore and following the procedures and subject to conditions set forth in Annex I of the Principles. Choices and Means for Limiting Use and Disclosure of Personal Data
Infocore is committed to protecting personal information and offers individuals choices and means to limit the use and disclosure of their personal data, as far as possible within our operational constraints. These include:
• Limiting Data Sharing: Infocore does not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Any sharing of personal information is strictly limited to the purposes specified in our contracts with business clients.
• Data Minimization: We only collect and process the minimum amount of personal information necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations.
• Request for Restrictions: You can request restrictions on the processing of your personal data by contacting us at compliance@infocore.com. We will evaluate and respond to such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our contractual obligations.
Please note that, as Infocore processes data on behalf of our business clients, we may not be able to provide opt-out services directly to individuals whose data we process under these contracts. Requests related to opt-out should be directed to the business clients who provided us with your data.

• Access and Correction: You have the right to access and correct your personal data. Requests for access or correction should be directed to compliance@infocore.com.
• Deletion and Portability: You may request the deletion of your personal data or the transfer of your data to another service provider, subject to certain conditions and limitations.
