JOB OVERVIEW: Infocore is a well-established data driven direct marketing company specializing in audience acquisition and campaign execution for third-party direct marketing campaigns across all B2B and B2C categories. We have offices in Carlsbad, CA and Boca Raton, FL. We are looking for a Client Services Account Manager to be based in our Carlsbad office. This is a full time and in office position. Client Services Account Manager assists our fast-growing direct marketing agency by focusing, supporting, and growing Infocore’s clients and their agency partners with direct marketing campaign execution, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing data, direct marketing, inside sales, campaign analytics & marketing analysis. If you are upbeat, positive, and have a “can-do” problem-solving attitude, we want you on our team! If you have ideas, thoughts, and are ready to challenge us to be better, this is the position you are looking for! Client Services Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Managing multi-channel campaign deployments with multiple vendors in tight timeframes
  • Analyzing, selecting, and ordering precise data to achieve client objectives
  • Preparing campaigns for execution within our technology platform
  • Overseeing campaign execution in cooperation with data partners and clients
  • Negotiating with and supporting partners and suppliers
  • Presenting new ideas and approaches to clients in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Driving revenue from new and existing clients
  • Working closely and collaboratively with the Account Directors and Outside Sales team
Client Services Account Manager Requirements:
  • Extensive customer service & inside sales experience
  • Experience with e-mail and digital campaigns
  • Sales oriented with extremely strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Enterprise
  • Very strong work ethic and ambitious
  • Affinity for process and consistency
  • Team player mentality
  • Creative thought process to identify innovative solutions to given requirements
  • An inquisitive mind that always asks… what if?
  • Aptitude to learn new software systems designed to optimize workflows and consistency
