Bill is the former long-time president of the Gemological Institute of America, and is currently founder and president of Bill Boyajian & Associates, Inc. His firm consults for a wide variety of companies and specializes in leadership, business and organizational development, family transition, and succession planning. Bill is the author of Developing the Mind of a Leader – Your Path to Lead and Inspire People. In addition to his consulting, he is member of several boards of directors and is a sought-after business coach and speaker
Peter has a long career in the direct marketing industry and was a pioneer in the development of the industry in England. He was the owner of the Ralton Group, one of the UK’s largest integrated Direct Marketing Services groups, until its sale in 1997. Peter was also a founding member of EuroNet, a consortium of European Direct Marketing Services Groups, and has been a promoter of international business cooperation.
Peter and his wife, Beth, founded Infocore, Inc in 1992 and have provided marketing campaign intelligence and data acquisition to hundreds of agencies and companies over the years. In the US, Peter was the Chairman of the International Council of the New York based Direct Marketing Association and a frequent speaker at the DMA’s annual conference and other industry events in the US, Latin America and Europe. He has also appeared on the “Inside Business” radio show to discuss the Direct Marketing industry and the issues facing it.
In his current role as CEO, his responsibilities include providing vision, strategy and ensuring their execution. He feels the best part of working at Infocore is the team he gets to work with every day.
When he’s not leading the Infocore team, Peter spends his time playing golf and enjoying all foods Italian.
Beth manages special projects at Infocore, and brings many years of experience in direct marketing, client strategy, analytics, and system design to the organization. She played a key role in the companies’ database development. As an owner, co-founder, and board member, she feels the best part of working at Infocore is being able to help create something bigger than herself (the company) that offers opportunities and a livelihood for others.
Prior to starting Infocore, Beth was responsible for credit decisions of largest heavy construction financing account at CIT Group; P & L accountability for Canadian division of a major promotional products supplier; Responsible for internal system design and implementation at major professional book publisher.
Beth loves the outdoors, is a competitive horsewoman, and is passionate about all animals. She has contributed her time in a number of charitable organizations, including the Board of Challengers at the Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University.
Craig is a recognized authority on global branding and brand communications as well as a respected CEO and leader. Craig has 28 years’ experience as the CEO of leading brand consulting and advertising companies within the WPP network, including The B to D Group of Companies, Landor and Young & Rubicam San Francisco. Craig recently retired from WPP and is currently leveraging his experience by serving on the Board of Directors of Infocore Inc. and the Advisory Board of Lagunitas Brewing Company. Craig is also VP of Marketing and Communications for the Chief Executive’s Organization (CEO) and a member of their International Board of Directors.

Amy, Infocore’s Senior Vice President of Client Services, has been with the company since 1998. During her 21-year tenure, she has fine-tuned her expertise in client services, campaign management, audience selection strategy, and automotive marketing. Infocore relies on her knowledge of the industry as she manages all automotive Agency client relationships. Amy is responsible for directing the day to day operations of Infocore’s data acquisition for its largest clients as well as assisting in the development of the clients’ customer growth strategies.
Prior to her current role, Amy headed up Infocore’s International List Management department and was responsible for developing the client base and sourcing new lists throughout Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Amy is highly customer-centric and employs her dedication and problem-solving skills in all client projects. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from USC.
Jo Anne Williams joined the Infocore team in 2019 as Vice President, Business Strategy. During the past 25 years, Jo Anne has been entrenched in all aspects of the advertising and marketing industry and has been recognized for her sales achievements. Jo Anne brings to this new position a successful track record in both business development and sales strategy, as both a business leader and entrepreneur, with a concentrated focus in business development. Jo Anne’s specialty is in forming strategic alliances and designing custom programs that builds value to each customer relationship.
Prior to join Infocore, Jo Anne co-founded several advertising agencies, including the award-winning Omni Advertising, whose primary focus was automotive marketing, servicing retail organizations throughout the country. Jo Anne brings her deep automotive roots and passion for business development to her role at Infocore. Lovie joined the Infocore team in 2017 and serves as Controller. In this role, she is responsible for leading Infocore’s overall financial activities, including accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, and business decision support.
Prior to joining Infocore, Lovie served in a leadership role responsible for managing financial operations including general accounting, financial modeling and forecasting, and financial reporting.
Lovie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree. Her pastimes include fitness, quilting, and writing.
Jade Boneff-Walsh joined the Infocore team in 2013 as Vice President of Global Markets, responsible for developing the company’s international data partnerships. She is a recognized expert in cross-cultural negotiations and relationship management, with more than a decade of experience implementing partnerships in multicultural environments.
Prior to joining Infocore, Jade served for six years as Global Vice President of Strategic Alliances at the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, an association of business owners spanning 40+ countries. In that position, she negotiated and implemented over 20 partnership programs worldwide.
Jade was the founder and CEO of Just-a-Click Marketing & Design, an award-winning company providing multicultural marketing consulting and web and graphics design services to companies in the United States, Brazil, UK and China. She also co-founded Twilight Company, a leading provider of design and creative services for the entertainment industry in Brazil.
Jade’s experience as an entrepreneur led her to volunteer for many years as marketing and communications advisor to the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), a program of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in Alexandria, VA.
Jade holds degrees in Journalism and Law, and an MBA in International Business. She is certified in Alliance Management by the Association of Strategic Alliances Professionals (ASAP).
Jade has lived in Australia, Canada, United States and Brazil, and currently resides in Arlington, Virginia.
